Job Summary: Professional responsible for full control of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, documentation, cost management, and route planning. Key Highlights: 1. Manage all documentation and licensing for the vehicle fleet 2. Control fleet expenses, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize routes 3. Monitor risk events and handle accident and claim procedures Wood exporting company seeks a Fleet Analyst in Itajaí (Cordeiros). **Responsibilities:** Manage the company's vehicle fleet. Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Track and manage traffic fines. Manage vehicle licensing and documentation. Prepare mileage, expense, loss, and fuel cost reports. Control fleet expenses using spreadsheets and analysis of invoices. Identify operational vulnerabilities, such as traffic fines, excessive spending, and acts of negligence. Control and plan routes used by drivers. Develop route schedules. Centralize and organize fleet information. Handle and monitor risk events, such as accidents and claims. Previous experience as Fleet Coordinator, Transportation Supervisor, Logistics Manager, or Transportation Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
