Support leadership teams with people management-related requests. Monitor departmental KPIs and propose process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Requirements:** Education Bachelor’s degree completed. Preferred fields: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines. Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in people management, with generalist involvement across key HR subsystems: Recruitment and Selection (job posting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and onboarding of new employees); Training and Development (support in needs assessment, training logistics, and KPI tracking); Organizational Climate and Culture (support in climate surveys, internal events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication).
