Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to work as a generalist in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organizational Climate and Culture, and people management support, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, and Organizational Climate 2. Support to leadership in people management 3. Monitoring of KPIs and proposals for improvement **Job Description:** Lead Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and onboarding of new employees). Support Training and Development initiatives (needs assessment, logistical coordination, and KPI tracking). Contribute to Organizational Climate and Culture initiatives (climate surveys, internal events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication). Support leadership teams with people management-related requests. Monitor departmental KPIs and propose process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Requirements:** Education Bachelor’s degree completed. Preferred fields: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines. Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in people management, with generalist involvement across key HR subsystems: Recruitment and Selection (job posting, resume screening, competency-based interviews, and onboarding of new employees); Training and Development (support in needs assessment, training logistics, and KPI tracking); Organizational Climate and Culture (support in climate surveys, internal events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication).
