ConexRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Lead and structure performance evaluation cycles, including self-assessment, leadership assessment, and structured feedback. Develop, monitor, and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with leaders and employees. Support leadership development by providing guidance, monitoring, and assistance in team management. Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose development initiatives aligned with the company’s strategies. Lead Training and Development (T&D) programs aimed at enhancing teams’ technical and behavioral competencies. Support managers in performance management, feedback delivery, and talent development. Monitor engagement indicators, organizational climate, and people development. On-site role in Navegantes / SC. Previous experience as a Human Development Specialist, HR Consultant, DHO Coordinator, or Training and Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
