Your mission will be to orchestrate the consumer journey for a strategic category, ensuring that each touchpoint (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) is seamless, personalized, and conversion-focused. **What you’ll do:** * Define and execute CRM programs, adapting journeys and campaigns according to local needs and consumer behavior; * Implement campaign management models integrating Email, SMS, and WhatsApp via Marketing Cloud; * Collaborate with leaders across various areas to build tools and processes supporting business strategy, ensuring full alignment; * Configure and optimize Sales Cloud to support the growth of our commercial engine; * Monitor engagement and conversion KPIs, adjusting relationship workflows to maximize ROI for the product category under your responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and evolve CRM and pipeline: stages, SLAs, cadences, follow\-ups, and standards * Create and optimize marketing automations: segmentation, triggers, nurturing, and scoring * Integrate and organize telephony/WhatsApp/Email for traceability and productivity * Improve customer service and sales-related processes using playbooks and operational routines * Build LPs (structure, testing, and optimization) Monitor KPIs (e.g., leads, appointments, conversion, response time, churn) and propose improvements) * #### **Requirements and qualifications:** * **Salesforce Proficiency:** Proven, in-depth experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and **Sales Cloud** (mandatory). * **Architectural Mindset:** Ability to design complex, automated journeys that make sense to the end user. * **Collaborative Profile:** Skill to navigate between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service areas, translating business needs into technical solutions. * **Data Orientation:** Consistent focus on metrics, A/B testing, and workflow optimization. #### **Additional information:** **Advantages:** * Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant or Admin). * Prior experience in accelerated-scale projects * Willingness to work onsite
