




Job Summary: The Junior Operations Analyst will be responsible for operational execution, monitoring, and collections related to the portfolio of special operations arising from strategic relationships. Ensuring Governance, Control, and Audit Trail for Audits Within Brava’s credit structure, there exists a Special Classification – Directorate Originated Portfolio (COD), designated for transactions directly indicated by Partners, stemming from strategic relationships, a history of trust, or differentiated market insight. These transactions do not follow the ordinary commercial process and have their own decision-making procedure, requiring case-by-case approval by the responsible Partner. Nevertheless, they require formal control, documentary validation of underlying assets, and structured monitoring. To ensure governance, traceability, and appropriate monitoring of this portfolio, Brava is opening the position of Junior Operations Analyst, who will be responsible for the operational execution, monitoring, and collections related to the COD portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** * **COD Portfolio Management (Primary Responsibility):** Structuring and executing transactions classified as COD at the securitization company; Verifying and organizing mandatory minimum registration documentation; Conducting formal collateral analysis, validating the existence, legitimacy, and enforceability of the receivable; Ensuring that the collateral is valid, liquid, certain, and duly substantiated; Certifying that approval has been formally recorded in the “Pleitos” Group (corporate WhatsApp); Correctly classifying the transaction as “COD” in the system; Monitoring deadlines, settlements, and portfolio performance; Tracking COD-specific delinquency, buyback, and concentration indicators separately from the CE Portfolio. * **COD Portfolio Collections:** In addition to operational tasks, the professional will be responsible for: Preventive monitoring of upcoming maturities; Proactive intervention in cases of delay; Requesting buybacks where applicable; Liaising with the Legal Department in cases of risk deterioration; Individualized monitoring of COD assignors; Recording relevant incidents and relationship history. * **Governance and Control:** Ensuring all COD transactions are formally approved and registered; Maintaining organized documentation and audit trail for internal audits; Flagging significant risk deteriorations for potential submission to the ordinary credit process or preventive blocking; Periodically reporting portfolio exposure. * **Occasional Support for Ordinary Portfolio:** Occasionally, the Analyst may: Support normal portfolio operations; Assist in preliminary credit analyses; Support the Operations Desk in operational requests.
