If this resonates with you, explore more details about this opportunity below. **Check out our BENEFITS:** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Mobility allowance; * Life insurance; * Fresh fruit program; * Birthday day-off; Your mission as an Importer Support the Analyst team in managing end-to-end import processes, ensuring correct creation and updating of processes in the ERP, smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and full compliance with all deadlines and legal requirements involved in Trading operations. **Responsibilities** * Create and update import processes in the Conexos ERP, ensuring all information is accurately entered; * Support end-to-end import process handling, assisting in coordination and execution of related steps; * Send follow-ups and maintain communication with clients, exporters, suppliers, and internal teams; * Assist in reviewing documents related to import processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures; * Help verify the fiscal classification of goods, collaborating with the Customs Clearance team to ensure correct NCM classification; * Prepare and submit the pre-importation numerical form; * Assist in foreign exchange analysis and closing, in collaboration with the Finance department; * Monitor foreign exchange maturity dates for import processes, alerting Analysts about upcoming deadlines and required actions; * Collaborate in creating and issuing operational reports, collecting data and preparing information according to departmental needs; * Support monitoring of customs clearance processes, working closely with the Customs team; * Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal departments, providing accurate and timely information on process status; * Contribute to other areas within the Operations department whenever needed, promoting teamwork and integrated problem solving. **Requirements** **What we expect from you:** * Effective communication skills; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Discipline, organization, and discretion; * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality; * Proficiency in computer tools. **You stand out if you have:** * Currently pursuing or completed a degree in International Trade or related business fields; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with the Conexos ERP; * Knowledge of Incoterms, SISCOMEX, and customs regulations. **What will your work schedule be like?** On-site in Itajaí, at our office, Monday through Friday during business hours. **How does our selection process work?** * Registration — don’t forget to complete your registration! * Pre-interview: online chat; * In-person interview with Managers; * Interview with Directors; * Offer; * Hiring; * Onboarding.
