Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop process flowcharts and commissioning procedures (STW, HAT, SAT); * Develop procedures for testing equipment or systems (STW, HAT, SAT); * Conduct meetings with involved departments during commissioning activities; * Manage personnel: coordinate the team and its performance, delegate tasks, instruct on goals and objectives, procedures, standards, internal instructions and/or regulations, conduct training, among others; * Coordinate schedule progress; * Hold periodic internal meetings to address technical matters, clarifications, and disciplinary actions; * Prepare presentations and issue reports; * Ensure and promote compliance with environmental protection measures, while maintaining work quality consistently within the standards required and defined by the company; * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or related fields, completed. **Essential Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of shipbuilding, HVAC systems—particularly monitoring the "startup" process of systems and subsystems during Construction and Commissioning phases; experience with Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Mechanical Exhaust Systems, and Chiller refrigeration systems; proficiency in 3D CAD software; expertise in vibration and noise analysis techniques; NR\-35 Working at Heights Training; NR33 Confined Space Training; Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Technical Competencies:** Specialization in HVAC with multidisciplinary knowledge of commissioning and maintenance of operational equipment; Advanced Excel; SAP; Power BI. **Essential Language:** Advanced English, with proven experience in the role. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Christmas Bonus; Transportation Allowance; On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch; UNIMED Health Insurance, extendable to legal dependents; UNIODONTO Dental Insurance; SulAmérica Life Insurance, extendable to legal dependents; Wellness programs such as Workplace Gymnastics; Annual Bonus; Wellhub; Private Pension Plan; We promote continuous development for our employees, including internal courses and training; Plus partnerships and agreements offering numerous discounts for you and your dependents!
