We seek a professional with a technical, analytical profile and commitment to service quality. *Position: Refrigeration Technician* *Location:* Itajaí – SC (Itaipava) *Employment Type:* CLT \| On-site **Responsibilities** * Install refrigeration and air conditioning systems * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions * Conduct tests, measurements, and adjustments on equipment * Work with cold rooms and air conditioning systems * Ensure service efficiency and quality * Follow safety regulations and technical procedures **Requirements** * Technical course in Refrigeration or related field (mandatory) * Experience with air conditioning and cold rooms * Knowledge of fault diagnosis and technical adjustments * Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule * Availability for on-call services and overtime * Driver's license (preferred) * Commitment, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 \+ 30% hazard pay * Approximate total: R$ 4\.550,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Food basket * Health and dental insurance * Transportation allowance **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
