Responsibilities * **Handle trowels and spatulas**; * **Mix and prepare concrete mortar** for application on slabs, beams, and columns; * Perform the **final finishing of components**, ensuring Manturi’s quality and aesthetic standards—the famous “makeup” of components; * Maintain organization and safety within the work area. Requirements * Ability to work in a team, demonstrating **collaboration and commitment**; * Experience in civil construction (construction sites, mason assistant) is a plus; * **Attention to detail** and care for component finishing; * Proactivity and responsibility in daily tasks; * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; * Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if necessary.
