In addition, they supervise teams, prepare technical reports, and monitor construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. * Monitor construction execution according to project plans, drawings, and technical specifications. * Assist in quality control of completed services. * Verify measurements, levels, plumb lines, and alignments. * Support the engineer in construction site inspection. * Control the physical schedule of the construction work and progress of stages. * Request and track materials from the warehouse. * Monitor foundation, masonry, concrete pouring, cladding, and finishing works. * Prepare daily construction reports. * Assist in service measurement for contractor and team payments. * Verify whether services are being performed in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Support material waste control. * Assist in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings. * Control technical documentation for the construction project. * Support organization of the construction site. * Monitor work teams, providing guidance on correct service execution.
