Senior Sales Executive – Food Channel (Central-West and Triângulo Mineiro)

**Job Responsibilities:** * Prospect potential clients and develop business plans; * Plan, organize, and execute activities for assigned clients; implement sales strategies and actions to achieve or exceed company objectives; * Understand product lines and their respective market shares, the industry served, competitors, and assess the impact of actions/negotiations with clients/competitors and vice versa; * Ensure product mix presence in assigned stores, monitoring final consumer price, stock levels, shelf space allocation, additional exposure, and category visibility; * Follow the scheduled visit plan to purchasing centers according to assigned frequency and productivity targets; * Ensure compliance with client contracts. * Guarantee and manage achievement of monthly objectives per client: Volume, POS actions, and average discount; * Monitor sales throughout all stages: order placement via Ploomes, invoicing, delivery, and product movement from point of sale to end consumer; * Monitor, analyze, and recommend appropriate markup adjustments for clients, ensuring pricing remains within DUX business parameters (price research – minimum and maximum prices); * Visit assigned stores to ensure adherence to merchandising procedures and that point-of-sale execution meets company standards. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Experience in the food sector, including management of mid- and large-sized accounts; * Willingness and availability to travel; * Experience in client negotiation and field visits; * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Ability to work under a goal- and objective-driven performance regime. **Position Details:** Location: Vila Madalena – São Paulo/SP; Work Mode: On-site; Schedule: Monday to Friday – 44 hours/week. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Commuter allowance (Vale-Transporte); * Meal and food allowances (Vale-Alimentação and Vale-Refeição); * Totalpass; * Birthday day off + gift voucher; * Discounts on DUX and Eat Clean products; * Psychotherapy, coaching, and more via Zenklub app; * Extended parental leave.
