Configure network equipment and identify issues What you need to become an **Installation Technician** at the fastest-growing company in southern Brazil *\#VemSerOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform fiber optic, radio-based, and telephone installation and maintenance services, adhering to the company's established quality standards; * Perform cable termination, bundling, and routing; * Perform work at heights, ensuring proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (mandatory for task execution); * Configure network equipment (routers); * Identify issues and perform repairs on fiber optic, radio-based, and telephone systems; * Conduct testing and maintenance on data communication network equipment using configuration and monitoring tools; * Execute equipment removal due to service cancellation; * Travel to serve regional customers, including overnight stays if required; * Safeguard company assets; * Comply with defined work and quality standards within your area; * Comply with all existing company policies; * Perform other related duties as assigned by management and executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Rio Grande/RS; * Completed high school or currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields; * Electrical knowledge is desirable; * Valid driver's license category B or AB; * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Institutional plan discount for Osir employees who are also Osir customers * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always by Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at: educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other partner companies Osirnet’s purpose is to spark a smile of satisfaction among those who work here!
