A telecommunications services company is seeking a Technical Support Operator in Pelotas. **Responsibilities:** Configuration and installation of routers, modems, switches, and ONUs at customer sites. Knowledge of structured cabling and optical fiber. Wi-Fi network configuration. Customer support. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or Support Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
