Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, focusing on inspections, repairs, and technical supervision, ensuring operational continuity and safety. Working at heights and in energized environments **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines; * Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components; * Supervise and monitor blade inspections and repairs; * Properly document all service interventions via technical reports and work orders; * Record all failures, issues, and adopted solutions in the maintenance management system; * Comply with and uphold integrity guidelines, compliance requirements, as well as the company's HSE policies and procedures; * Work at elevations above ground level, including climbing via elevator and/or access ladders; perform tasks in confined spaces; * Supervise junior assistants and technicians during task execution; * Work in energized environments and perform high-voltage switching operations; **Requirements:** * Technical diploma in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Valid CFT (Certification of Technical Fitness); * Driver's license category B; * Minimum 3 years of experience performing electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical maintenance on wind turbines (power converters, generators, frequency inverters, control panels, medium-voltage transformers); * Experience with ECO 122 wind turbines; * Familiarity with SCADA systems; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **We Offer:** Competitive salary + 30% hazard pay + health insurance + dental insurance + meal allowance (BRL 850.00) + life insurance + company-provided transportation + housing allowance + PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) **Location:** Rio Grande/RS **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 4,800.00 – BRL 6,200.00 per month Screening Questions: * Do you have experience with wind turbines / wind farms? * Do you hold a valid CFT? * Do you hold a Category B driver's license? * Have you completed a technical course in electrotechnology, electromechanics, or related fields? * Do you have experience with ECO 122 wind turbines? * Are you familiar with SCADA systems?
