Analyze reports and ensure achievement of established targets The company is seeking an Operational Supervisor in Pelotas. **Responsibilities:** Participate in the quality committee by compiling area-related information and presenting suggestions for improvement to the reading process. Conduct periodic technical training sessions for meter readers and supervisors. Analyze route effectiveness reports and propose process improvements. Address customer complaints regarding meter reading and bill delivery. Ensure achievement of targets established by the contracting party. Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
