Send us your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle service requests from all departments of the company; * Provide assistance to other units; * Deliver remote support to technicians and customers when required; * Document active access records; * Verify Service Orders; * Monitor daily execution progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Customer service; Microsoft Office suite; Computer literacy. **Education:** Completed high school. Pursuing a technical course in administration or information technology. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–1:30 PM and 3:30 PM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM.
