




Job Summary: Work in the rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and chronic pain, promoting humanized care and integrated management. Development of Individualized Therapeutic Projects **Work Location: Tijucas \- SC** **Responsibilities and Duties** Collaborate in an integrated and planned manner in all activities, monitoring and attending cases according to previously established criteria; Provide user reception, promoting humanized care; Encourage integrated management and user participation in decision-making processes through participatory organization with the multidisciplinary team; Prescribe physical exercises for patients with cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and chronic pain, as outlined in the Individualized Therapeutic Project (ITP) defined by the team; Assess patients' physical performance; Monitor patients during physical exercise execution; Evaluate, together with the multidisciplinary team, the progress and implementation of rehabilitation actions; Develop individualized Individualized Therapeutic Projects through periodic discussions with the team, supporting collective construction, user follow-up, and shared responsibility; Plan and implement actions aimed at alleviating chronic pain using integrative and complementary health practices; Perform other related duties within the scope of practice. **Requirements** Completed degree in Physical Education; Active registration with the Professional Council of the State of SC; Knowledge of cardiovascular, pulmonary, or chronic pain rehabilitation; Proficiency in techniques for physical performance assessment and monitoring; Experience in integrative and complementary practices is a plus; Experience in public health contexts and/or multidisciplinary teams; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.700,00 \- R$3\.900,00 per month Expected Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Higher Education (Mandatory) License/Certification: * CREF (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
