Experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus. Customer service experience is a plus. **Position Summary** The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for responsive customer service, creating tickets, providing WhatsApp support, monitoring requests in Octadesk (customer service CRM), responding to customers via email, coordinating with relevant departments to address and resolve customer issues, and tracking metrics and providing daily updates to management. **Ticket Creation:** Using our CRM, routine or complaint tickets must be created to address customer requests, with appropriate follow-ups delivered within the agreed timeframe. **Email Requests:** Receive and respond to customer service requests sent via email, ensuring responses are provided within 24 hours from receipt time to keep customers informed. **Monitoring Metrics and Customer Satisfaction:** Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with customers to improve service quality and delivery standards; after each meeting, generate minutes documenting service discussions and actions taken with the customer.
