Collaboration with quality, R&D, and production departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform tests and evaluations on lighting products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze and interpret test data, prepare technical reports, and send them to overseas suppliers for appropriate follow-up actions. Assist in the research and development of new products and technologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with various company departments, including quality, R&D, and production, to optimize processes. Propose improvements to testing methods and quality control procedures. Provide support to Customer Service and Sales departments regarding inquiries and problem analysis. Ensure that testing and measuring equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Prior laboratory experience is preferred. Knowledge of technical standards and industry regulations. Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing. Proactiveness, teamwork capability, and strong communication skills.
