Developing solutions to optimize routines **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Multinational company in the food industry "\_\_ If you are passionate about processes, automation, and continuous improvement, this opportunity may be for you! * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Procure materials and services Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices Monitor deliveries (follow-up with suppliers) Manage material and service contracts via SAP Generate reports and KPIs for the department Develop solutions aimed at improving user experience (Procurement, internal departments, and business units) Automate processes and optimize procurement department routines Measure and analyze process cycle times to improve efficiency Support the technology team in developing and enhancing automation processes **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience or interest in process automation **Knowledge in:** Excel (intermediate/advanced) Power BI or Tableau Python programming VBA Experience or interest in IT areas focused on automation SAP knowledge is a plus **EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in Automation, Business Process Management, IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **INTERNSHIP STIPEND:** R$ 1\.700,00 **BENEFITS:** Unimed health insurance, chartered transportation for the cities of Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí, Ilhota, Gaspar, and Blumenau, Meal Allowance (R$ 525,00\), On-site cafeteria, Life insurance, and Total Pass **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (hybrid work model — remote on Mondays and Fridays, on-site on other days) **WORK LOCATION:** GASPAR \- SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Internship
