Provide hardware and software support to users. Perform computer, printer, and peripheral maintenance. Configure and maintain networks, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches. Support CCTV systems, telephony, and other corporate systems. Conduct hardware, software, and network equipment inventory. Support information security processes. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
