Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals. Install and update operating systems and applications. Monitor and resolve basic network and internet access incidents. Log service requests, document solutions, and maintain an updated knowledge base. Support equipment and license inventory management. Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure improvement projects. Sector: Information Technology, Technology.
