JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, while following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals; Help reduce waste by correctly arranging displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
