Job Summary: Provide customer service at authorized technical support centers, including opening and closing service orders, preparing estimates, and offering support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service at authorized technical support centers 2. Customer support for configuration and warranty-related inquiries 3. Work at a Samsung store AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service, opening/closing service orders, preparing estimates, assisting customers with configuration questions, and providing warranty information. Location: Neumarkt Shopping / Samsung Store. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No work on Sundays). Compensation (Base: R$2\.180,00\)\+VA (R$150,00\)\+VT or Fuel Allowance (R$150,00\)\+BONUS.
