Today, we are Santa Catarina’s largest kombucha brewery, serving customers and retail partners across Brazil, while expanding our product portfolio into other categories such as smart drinks, natural soft drinks, and diverse production outsourcing services. ㅤㅤㅤ We are looking for a Beverage Production Assistant or Supervisor to join us on this journey. If you are motivated by challenges, love learning, and wish to be part of a rapidly growing company that values your potential and grants you the freedom to surpass limits, we want you on our team! ㅤㅤㅤ Your Responsibilities Will Include: ㅤㅤ * Organization and execution of daily production; * Operation of machinery; * For the Supervisor role: Configuration and set\-up of machinery according to the daily production schedule (bottling machine, labeling machine, pasteurizer, and other equipment); * For the Supervisor role: Daily preventive and corrective maintenance \- with or without vendor support \-, ensuring machinery functionality and productivity; * Ensuring execution of the production plan (preparation, fermentation, bottling, labeling, storage, etc.); * Supporting maintenance of process quality and productivity; * Cleaning and sanitizing the production area; * Raw material and finished goods inventory control. ㅤㅤ Job Requirements: ㅤㅤ * Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. * Familiarity with industrial machinery (e.g., bottling machines, labeling machines) and maintenance tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, screws, nuts, etc.). * Prior experience in industrial beverage, food, or similar production lines is desirable. * Valued competencies: organization, proactivity, autonomy, teamwork, and absolute responsibility regarding schedules and deliverables. * Must reside in Itajaí (SC) or nearby areas (this position is 100% on-site). ㅤㅤ Job Offer and Details: ㅤㅤ * Work location: Rua Marcos Albino, 4885\.
