Here, pre-sales does not just schedule meetings. Pre-sales builds context, generates clarity, and accelerates revenue. We are looking for a Senior SDR who goes beyond operations: someone with business vision, analytical capability, and leadership to elevate the entire team. **CHALLENGE CONTEXT** DataFrete is structuring and scaling its commercial operation with aggressive growth targets. To achieve this, we must ensure predictability and quality in opportunity generation. Today, we know that: * Without diagnosis, there is no opportunity * Without quality, the pipeline inflates but fails to convert Your role will be to elevate the pre-sales standard and directly impact the company’s revenue. **As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for:** * Conducting structured discovery calls using SPIN Selling, deeply exploring situation, problem, and impact * Ensuring generation of qualified SQLs, with real context for the sales team * Working both inbound and outbound, with strategic channel awareness * Executing multi-channel cadences (phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn) * Diagnosing logistics operations and identifying tangible improvement opportunities * Increasing funnel efficiency by reducing low-quality meetings * Serving as a technical reference for junior SDRs (active coachability) * Tracking metrics and directly improving conversion rates (MQL to SQL) * Collaborating with marketing and sales to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach approach * Ensuring CRM organization and timely, high-quality updates * Solid pre-sales experience (SDR/BDR) * Proficiency in SPIN Selling * Experience in lead qualification (BANT, ICP, etc.) * Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound * CRM experience * Ability to interpret metrics and funnel performance **You must be someone who:** * Demonstrates self-accountability * Communicates clearly and authoritatively * Possesses coachability * Is disciplined * Is curious * Has emotional intelligence
