About the job We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Intern to work onsite at our EDP factory in Poços de Caldas/MG. This opportunity is intended for students enrolled in technical programs related to industrial maintenance who wish to gain hands-on experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, technical documentation, project support, and daily maintenance routines in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities using the SAP system. * Support the team in executing small maintenance projects, including improvements in specific areas and installation of new equipment. * Collaborate on internal procurement processes, assisting with purchase requests, follow-ups, and invoice handling. * Support technical document management, such as equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and activity reports. * Learn and apply best practices in workplace safety, quality, and organization. * Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes. * Suggest simple and efficient solutions to support departmental routines. * Work integrally with the team, contributing responsibly, attentively, and enthusiastically to task execution and continuous learning. About you * Currently enrolled in a technical program related to industrial maintenance, such as Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or similar fields. * Have at least one year of technical studies remaining. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. * Availability to work onsite at the Poços de Caldas/MG factory. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. * Quick learning ability and strong motivation to grow within the industrial maintenance field. * Aligned with our HOPE values: Humanism, Openness, Proximity, and Enthusiasm.
