So, how about wearing this jersey with us?\#SBFSelection \#JoinSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **CD Operations Supervisor**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Manage inventory accuracy (ILA and IRA), ensuring stability and continuous improvement of results; * Develop strategies and guidelines for cyclic, random, end-of-cycle inventories, and outlier handling; * Govern operational supply discrepancies by identifying root causes and defining action plans; * Monitor operational performance of the RFID-based verification portal, ensuring accuracy, operational fluidity, and reduced discrepancies; * Lead logistical addressing tasks and mapping to optimize storage, productivity, and space utilization; * Collaborate with operational areas, planning, loss prevention, and technology teams to develop solutions and drive continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need for this position on the field: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Experience in inventory control, inventories, and logistics operations; * Experience working in Distribution Centers; * Experience with operational KPIs and inventory accuracy; * Experience handling operational discrepancies and audits; * Experience with storage, receiving, order picking, and material handling workflows.
