




Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing medical procedure authorization processes, assisting beneficiaries, and managing authorizations, ensuring service quality and public satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of authorization processes for medical procedures 2. In-person and digital assistance to beneficiaries 3. Provision of information and solutions with attention * Executes authorization-related processes for medical procedures (consultations, exams, and hospitalizations), both locally and across networks. * Assists beneficiaries through in-person, telephone/CHAT support for the cooperative and accredited healthcare assistance network. * Submits requests for OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment) or medications to the Pharmaceutical Supply Center or to the intra-federative system. * Submits authorization requests and supporting documents to auditors, contracted companies, and other entities within the Unimed system. * Issues authorization approvals or denials according to official opinions, within legally mandated timeframes. * Monitors denied authorization processes, verifying contractual limits, waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, unregulated contracts, and ANS (National Health Agency) guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Performing predefined procedures with quality; * Understanding and meeting the needs of involved stakeholders; * Providing information and solutions; * Ensuring satisfaction of related stakeholders (attentiveness and promptness in service). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Computer literacy **Additional Information** Higher education in Administration is desirable Unimed Poços embodies the dream of a group of physicians who, on December 5, 1991, gathered to create a medical cooperative enabling dignified and ethical work for physician cooperatives and humane, high-quality care for their clients.
