Project and initiative leadership About the job Danone is seeking a Production Supervisor to work onsite at the SN factory in Poços de Caldas/MG. This position will be responsible for managing operations and monitoring weekly production area KPIs (PR, RE, Losses, and SQCDME), with emphasis on people and process development, continuous improvement, and sustainability of results and routines under their responsibility, ensuring planning for both the current and upcoming week. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the operation and production routine of the area, ensuring stability and execution of the weekly plan. * Monitor and manage weekly KPIs: PR, RE, Losses, and SQCDME. * Lead planning for the current week and prepare/ensure planning for the following week. * Develop people and processes, promoting continuous improvement and sustainability of results. * Execute and supervise activities related to DAN\-IWS, ensuring disciplined execution and operational excellence routines. * Lead projects, pillars, and initiatives (related to DAN\-IWS), ensuring dissemination of tools and practices to direct reports.
