Supports operations in minor preventive tasks and CIL About the job Our Operations team is seeking a Maintenance Planner to work onsite in Poços de Caldas – MG. The role involves defining maintenance requirements, organizing resources, forecasting and anticipating production line shutdowns, ensuring activity execution, mapping risks, and preparing the entire operational environment so that interventions occur efficiently, safely, and in alignment with planning. * Ensures safety resources for each activity; * Ensures all technical information required for the intervention; * Ensures correct materials for the intervention; * Ensures detailed procedure for task execution; * Ensures appropriate tools for execution; * Ensures alignment of maintenance shutdown window with Line Lead and Supply; * Optimizes and reviews maintenance plans; * Stratifies failures and defines actions; * Analyzes failures and prevents breakdowns; * Trains operations team on minor preventive tasks and supports CIL. About you * Technical high school diploma in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electrical Engineering (mandatory); * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in related fields (preferred); * Prior experience in maintenance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate); * Knowledge of SAP (a plus); * Knowledge of Power BI for indicator analysis (a plus); * Teamwork, leadership, agility, proactivity, communication, and resilience; * Willingness to work onsite at our Danone EDP factory in Poços de Caldas \- MG.
