Promotion of Quality Culture and participation in projects About the job Our Quality team is seeking a Junior Manager to work onsite in Poços de Caldas \- MG. Your main responsibilities will relate to Quality and Food Safety processes within our Specialized Nutrition manufacturing facility: * Ensure compliance, quality, and food safety through sampling plans, monitoring of CCPs/PRPs, in accordance with prerequisite programs and risk management tools for defining control measures; * Coordinate the site's HACCP/APPCC plan and direct the food safety team; * Ensure implementation of the environmental sampling plan, evaluate monitoring results, identify trends, support investigations, and develop corrective action plans in case of deviations; * Investigate and support analysis of product non-conformities and/or manufacturing deviations, assess risks with relevant departments, manage corrective action plans, and track effectiveness; * Maintain the schedule for internal and external Quality audits related to FSSC 22000 certification, MAPA, ANVISA, FDA, Global Food Safety Audit, implement corrective action plans for NCs, and issue appropriate reports; * Assess risks associated with new projects—whether new products or new equipment—ensuring documentation review, validation protocols, and technical support through implementation; * Monitor KPIs and handle customer and consumer complaints according to internal workflows; * Manage the factory’s Change Control process, following established procedures and company-required documentation; * Manage area KPIs, conduct management review meetings, and generate action plans to achieve targets; * Monitor performance of raw material and packaging suppliers, identify trends, and support action plans when necessary; * Ensure periodic review/update of procedures and cascade global documents to the site; * Manage costs, develop planning, and promote productivity projects; * Deliver Good Manufacturing Practices training, promoting Quality Culture across the factory; * Participate in local and global factory projects related to quality, safety, management, and productivity. About you * Degree in Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Bachelor’s in Chemistry and/or related fields; * Prior experience in the food industry, with focus on Assured/Guaranteed Quality, Audits, and Food Safety; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Advanced English, especially communication skills; * Prior experience in People Management; * Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel; * Availability to work onsite in Poços de Caldas \- MG.
