Our purpose is "Uniting people through smiles," achieved with a team of committed, high-performing employees. ***What we expect from you:*** Credibility and innovation in actions Commitment to excellence Valuing people Integrity in relationships Clear communication ***Responsibilities and Duties*** * Manage the active broker portfolio, monitoring performance and progress. * Provide consultative support via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and, when necessary, in person. * Resolve broker inquiries, requests, and demands promptly and effectively. * Conduct online and in\-person meetings. * Monitor the broker’s productive cycle, ensuring a positive journey and experience. * Drive loyalty and retention, reinforcing relationships and partnership continuity. * Record all interaction history and requests in the CRM. * Encourage portfolio growth and increased productivity. * Execute onboarding processes for new brokerage firms. * Deliver training sessions for new brokerage firms, representatives, or commercial partners. * Provide ongoing support to brokerage firms, representatives, and commercial partners. * Conduct in\-person visits for follow\-up, relationship building, and commercial presentations. * Monitor KPIs, reports, portfolio development, strategies, proposals, and negotiations. * Availability for business travel. * Valid driver's license (CNH). ***Requirements and Qualifications*** * Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, after\-sales, or related areas. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate commercial language. * Empathetic, organized, proactive profile with strong problem\-solving ability. * Proficiency with digital tools and systems (CRM, WhatsApp, e\-mail, etc.). * Ability to work with goals, KPIs, and structured routines. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, commercial fields, or related disciplines (in progress or completed). * Experience in sales, portfolio management, or prospecting is a plus. ***Additional Information*** Work modality: On\-site Work location: Hauer, Curitiba/PR Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Benefits: * Meal voucher (VR) * Food allowance (VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Dental plan (Dental Uni) * Health insurance (Unimed) — monthly fee \+ co\-payment * Life insurance * Gympass * Birthday day off * Workplace gymnastics (twice per week) * Telemedicine * Discount club for partner institutions Employment type: Full\-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
