Benefits management and eSocial compliance Job Description: ***Requirements:*** Experience in payroll closing and labor charge processing. Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources. Experience with the Senior system is desirable. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform salary advance calculations, generate system files and reports, and submit them to the finance and accounting departments within the agreed deadline; * Monitor payroll-deducted loans, verifying authorizations with the bank; * Calculate employee vacation payments upon management authorization, observing statutory deadlines; * Calculate termination-related amounts, verify and issue required tax forms and documentation; * Audit and verify employee benefits usage, entering corresponding values into the system; * Review and calculate payroll-related information, entering benefit deductions, salary data, and timecard information; * Generate payroll-related labor charge forms via the system; * Submit relevant data to eSocial via the system; * Generate various reports, cross-checking HR data with finance data and forwarding them to accounting for financial closing; **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Schedule: Monday to Friday** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Attendance bonus Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
