Adherence to hygiene standards and good practices Job Description – Kitchen Assistant We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to support kitchen operations, ensuring organization, hygiene, and proper food preparation according to established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (cutting, washing, and portioning); * Support the cook in daily kitchen routines; * Clean and organize the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment; * Wash dishes, pots, and utensils; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards; * Assist in food inventory control and storage. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Agility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team; * Commitment and responsibility.
