Discount on store products We are hiring: Store Sales Associate Location: Coqueiros Neighborhood Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift (weekly day off + 2 Sundays per month), 11:10 AM to 8:00 PM Responsibilities: Serve customers in person, providing an exceptional shopping experience. Assist with product organization and restocking in the store. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain product presentation and store environment. Requirements: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Strong communication skills, friendliness, and proactivity. Availability to work on weekends and holidays (rotating schedule). Enjoy interacting with people and focus on results. We offer: Base salary R$ 2.271,00 + R$ 330,00 meal allowance + group performance bonus + individual performance bonus + benefits including pharmacy discount plan deducted from payroll, health insurance, university and gym partnerships.
