We are looking for a **Commercial Consultant** to work in the **sales and new student acquisition** department at our English language school, delivering solutions that transform lives through language fluency. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **active and responsive customer service** (in-person, by phone, WhatsApp, and social media); * **Present courses and teaching methodologies** in an engaging and personalized manner; * Perform **acquisition and prospecting of new students** (online and in-person); * **Schedule and administer placement tests** for new prospects; * Monitor the **sales funnel**, ensuring a high conversion rate; * **Maintain relationships with students and their guardians**, encouraging renewals and referrals; * Support the school’s **marketing initiatives and events**. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or educational commercial roles**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity, empathy, and a results-focused attitude; * Basic proficiency in digital tools and WhatsApp Business. *(English proficiency is not required but will be considered a plus.)* Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 \- R$5.470,76 per month
