We are looking for an **Instrumentation Supervisor** to join our unit located in São Paulo. We seek someone who shares this vision and contributes to an environment built on trust, partnership, and patient focus. * We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct daily management of the instrumentation team, promoting alignment, clear communication, and performance monitoring; Manage operational indicators related to the department, ensuring goal achievement and process efficiency; Control operational costs and support the development of strategies for resource optimization; Develop, monitor, and adjust the daily service schedule to ensure adequate coverage and service quality; Collaborate integrally with other leaders of the unit: logistics, commercial, quality, and OPME; Identify training needs, promote capacity-building initiatives, and monitor the technical and behavioral development of the team; Handle challenging situations with emotional balance, always aligned with the company’s non-negotiable principles and values; Anticipate departmental needs and contribute to decisions aligned with commercial and operational expectations; Maintain a systemic view of the unit, acting with critical thinking, organization, and strict adherence to established processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Healthcare-related degree, preferably in Nursing or related fields; Proven experience in team leadership, preferably within the hospital sector, surgical material suppliers, or instrumentation; Prior knowledge or experience in surgical instrumentation will be considered a plus; Proficiency in Excel, ability to interpret indicators, and ease of use of corporate operational systems; Flexible working hours. **Additional Information** Meal allowance: Benefit Card; Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy; Health insurance (co-payment); Dental plan: Bradesco (optional); Life insurance; Free training programs; Career and salary framework; Educational credit (after 1 year of employment); Birthday leave; Total Pass; SESC agreement; Newborn gift basket. **We, the Vertical Group**, have been distributing medical-hospital supplies since 2004. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are constantly seeking innovative healthcare solutions to meet patients’ needs—but to achieve this, we need talents like **YOU!** We take our commitment to employees seriously.
