Professional development in an organized and proactive environment **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **About the Role:** The professional will be responsible for supporting the procurement department in quoting, controlling, and acquiring materials, equipment, and services used in construction sites and administrative departments. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct price quotations and comparative analyses; * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries; * Maintain an updated supplier registry; * Support inventory control and administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields currently underway are desirable); * Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles; * Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; * Good communication and organizational skills. **Desired Profile:** An **organized, responsible, proactive individual with strong negotiation skills**.
