Dare to go beyond with us. **A Day in the Life of an OMC:** **Responsibilities:** Performs masonry, plaster, and flooring restoration activities, as well as surface preparation for painting; Conducts inspections of restrooms, sewage chambers, stormwater drains, and water reservoirs to anticipate potential issues; Performs repairs on hydraulic circuits and welding of PVC and copper piping; Records water and chlorine consumption readings from water meters in systems; Performs tasks such as layout changes, moving furniture and equipment related to the work area; Maintains responsibility for cleaning, preserving, and operating tools, machines, materials, and equipment within the assigned work area. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on power distribution panels, electrical control systems, and other building energy equipment; assesses requirements for part replacement and adjustment; and conducts functional testing. What will make you successful? **Education:** NR-10 certification / Maintenance-related courses (preferred). **Required Experience:** Experience in maintenance routines. Completed elementary education. **Work Location:** Petrolina - Pernambuco Vocational training course.
