We are currently seeking an **Operational Processes and Controls Analyst** to join our team. **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data reliability, timeliness, and consistency. * Structure, process, and organize databases for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity. * Automate operational processes and routines using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. * Integrate data from multiple systems and sources to enhance visibility and information consistency. * Analyze operational key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Support decision-making through strategic analysis and management report development. * Contribute to continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives by proposing solutions that increase operational efficiency. * Support departments in interpreting data and KPIs, facilitating daily use of information. * Document developed processes, workflows, reports, and solutions. * Ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and management guidelines. * Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to process evolution and improvement implementation. * Maintain a strong focus on safety, promptly reporting any risk situations. * Support compliance with corporate policies and company management systems. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Computer Skills:** Advanced Microsoft Office suite. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root, and motivated to make things better every day. * **Experience:** Experience in data analysis and business intelligence, including developing Power BI dashboards, processing and organizing databases, and automating processes; experience analyzing KPIs to support decision-making, integrating data from diverse sources, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Ability to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. * Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity with a focus on continuous improvement. * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
