Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for ensuring coconut deliveries to the factory are executed according to the weekly schedule provided by the Agro-Industry department, at optimal cost and aligned with the plant’s production needs. Managing the required documentation for factory coconut receipt, coordinating producer confirmations with logistics and transportation teams, and supporting various requests from partner producers. **Your Impact** * Daily execution of operations; * Contribution to controlling the area’s budget; * Contribution to achieving the service level agreed upon by the company; * Operational support to the manager; * Monitoring and contributing to BPA (Business Process Analysis); * Ensuring production supply; * Supporting producer requests; * Issuing POs, RPAs, and requisitions; * Controlling Big Bag inventory in operations; * Prospecting new transportation providers; * Ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Policy and requirements of the Food Safety Management System, as well as other applicable Food Safety policies; * Supporting implementation and execution of the Food Safety Management System; * Participating in Food Safety Management System committees and teams; * Supporting management of Quality and Food Safety programs and implementation of new programs; * Seeking continuous improvement opportunities for the System; * Ensuring compliance with established Food Safety requirements and providing support in decision-making for technicians, analysts, and coordinators, aligned with business strategy.
