Description: Be present daily in stores, supporting and assisting the operational team; Ensure frontline staff adhere to the company's quality service standards; Monitor customer service queues to ensure efficiency and responsiveness; Identify training needs and propose capacity-building initiatives for the team; Regularly provide supportive and corrective feedback to store managers; Support store managers in resolving operational issues; Develop store managers through feedback and one-on-one meetings; Monitor all contractual performance indicators related to customer service and take action to correct deviations; Inspect stores and recommend structural improvements to the client; Promote motivational initiatives with the store management team and frontline staff; Ensure compliance with HR policies, including timekeeping, leave management, and absenteeism control; Guarantee execution of company-defined strategies; Monitor absenteeism and turnover metrics; Track team performance and plan for staff replacements; Conduct analyses to improve team performance; Supervise specific projects, such as community outreach activities; Analyze performance indicators, investigate root causes, and develop action plans; Conduct results review meetings with store managers; Recognize outstanding performers within operations; Lead morning briefings focused on top-priority topics; Transport and deliver materials to stores whenever necessary. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Dental plan Health insurance Transportation allowance Sesc membership **Work Location:** ---------------------- LOGOS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
