Come be part of it! **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- IRRELEVANT **Salary:** ------------ $2,498\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Dental plan Health insurance Transportation allowance Sesc membership **Work Location:** ---------------------- LOGOS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Portfolio development for accredited partners; Business insight for accredited partners (Income Statement, Business Profitability, Neoenergia’s participation in the business, Mutuz’s expectations for the business); Provision of materials whenever necessary; Handling of various materials; Prospecting and onboarding of new accredited partners; Management, development, issuance of notifications, and termination agreements when required; Training of customer service representatives; Ensuring 100% of customers are served within NS30; Support for operational, customer service, and administrative inquiries, including invoice issuance; Auditing of existing points, including issuance of notifications; Reporting visits to direct manager and client via the Audita app; Monitoring KPIs (TMA, TME, TMAX15, TMAX30, PSA, FCR, and CSAT); Taking ownership of the business, identifying problems and resolving them; Proactivity; Anticipating potential issues; Prioritizing critical tasks; Applying analytical and strategic thinking to the business; Daily reporting of visits; Weekly route planning; Ensuring supplies for customer service.
