Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising service execution, controlling physical progress, and preparing construction progress reports. Key Highlights: 1. Productivity and performance indicator monitoring ***Job Description:*** * Monitor and supervise service execution; * Perform measurements and control the physical progress of activities; * Prepare daily reports and construction progress spreadsheets; * Monitor productivity and support performance indicator management. ***Requirements:*** * Technical qualification in Building Construction and/or Civil Engineering (currently enrolled); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Residency in Ipojuca/PE or Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE; * Experience in quality control and construction finishing; * Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and costing. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Familiarity with planning tools (*MS Project, Power BI or similar*); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. ***Additional Information:*** * Market-competitive salary \- Please indicate your salary expectation; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
