Job Summary: Operate and maintain electrical and civil Balance of Plant (BoP) at distributed photovoltaic power generation plants, supervising activities to maximize energy generation in accordance with procedures. And you can be part of this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain electrical and civil BoP; work at distributed photovoltaic power generation plants; supervise WTG-related activities to contribute to maximizing generation according to current operation and maintenance procedures. * ONS Grid Procedures * Electric Power System * Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and ELIPSE systems * Structure of the Electric Power Sector * Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution Systems * Wind Farm Operation & Maintenance (O&M) * Utility-Scale Photovoltaic (UFV) Plant O&M * Substations * Transmission Lines / Medium-Voltage Networks (LT/RMT) * Civil BoP **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology with active CFT/CRT registration; * Basic knowledge of substation equipment, transmission lines, and medium-voltage networks; * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in photovoltaic distributed generation (DG) plants; * Knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical testing equipment (e.g., megohmmeter, earth resistance tester, TTR, micro-ohmmeter); Desirable: * Operational experience (O&M) in distributed generation UFVs (DG); * Familiarity with supervisory systems (e.g., SCADA, ELIPSE); **Additional Information** Work Location: Pedra do Reino (PE) **Benefits:** Bradesco Health Insurance; Brasil Dental Dental Insurance; Alelo Meal and Food Allowance; Christmas Card; Childcare Assistance for Parents; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); Universidade do Saber (online learning platform with content and training for professional development); GoFluent (language learning platform); We are part of the **Equatorial Group**, a high-performance holding company with businesses across diverse segments.
