Ability to work effectively in a team. **Job Description:** The Painter is responsible for preparing, executing, and finishing painting services on interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring quality, uniform finish, and compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, scraping, correcting imperfections, and applying filler). Mix paints and select appropriate materials according to technical specifications. Apply paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns, ensuring a uniform finish. Execute textures, stucco finishes, varnish, enamel, and other techniques as specified in the project. Repair damaged coatings and perform touch-ups when necessary. Protect work areas (floors, doors, windows) to prevent splatters and damage. Organize materials, tools, and workspace after completing tasks. Follow safety regulations, use of PPE, and best practices in civil construction. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a painter. Knowledge of surface preparation and application of various types of paint. Proficiency with tools and equipment relevant to the role. Good motor coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** Vocational training in construction.
