Job Summary: Supervise housekeeping, general services, and laundry teams to ensure excellence in cleaning and organization of guest rooms and public areas. Key Highlights: 1. Support technical training of the operational team. #### **About the role:** * Supervise housekeeping, general services, and laundry teams, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and ready for use according to the hotel’s excellence standards and hygiene and safety regulations. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide daily activities of housekeepers, general service assistants, and laundry staff, ensuring compliance with cleaning and room setup standards. * Assign tasks and organize service schedules according to check-in/check-out volumes and occupancy levels. * Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas, validating unit release to the front desk. * Monitor and correct any issues in the cleaning process, amenity restocking, or room presentation. * Serve as the direct liaison between the housekeeping team and front desk, maintenance, and laundry departments. * Support orientation and technical training of the operational team. * Record and communicate incidents, lost-and-found items, and guest requests. * Control the usage of supplies and linens, minimizing waste. * Report preventive or corrective maintenance needs for guest rooms or common areas. * Substitute for the Housekeeping Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth and organized operations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Technical course or degree in Hospitality (room cleaning techniques, hotel cleaning, team leadership, routine organization) * Relevant work experience: Minimum 1 year * Preferred: Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift: 5 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM
