We are a distributor of parts and machinery for engine reconditioning, currently operating 18 stores across seven states in Northeastern Brazil, with approximately 120 direct employees. We are seeking an HR Analyst with a proactive, collaborative profile and a results-oriented mindset to work on strategic and operational HR projects. This position requires an experienced professional possessing all relevant competencies for the HR field. **Responsibilities** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including screening, interviews, test administration, and admission procedures. * Support and lead onboarding, integration, and orientation activities for new employees. * Identify training needs, and design and implement training, education, and development (T&D) initiatives. * Promote organizational culture, reinforcing company values and mission. * Update and monitor HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., turnover, T&D, employee engagement). * Develop HR controls and metrics. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Minimum two years of prior experience in Human Resources. * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
