Our purpose is to **transform the way people move**, integrating innovation, sustainability, and technology into every electric self-propelled vehicle, scooter, or tricycle we deliver. **Position Mission** To serve as the bridge between the customer and the future of urban mobility, offering a consultative, inspiring, and sustainability-focused purchasing experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **active prospecting** and handle leads from the store, social media, and partners; * Lead the **consultative sales process**, understanding customer needs and presenting the product portfolio (tricycles, scooters, and self-propelled vehicles); * Schedule and accompany **test\-drives**, ensuring safety and delight throughout the experience; * Actively participate in **marketing initiatives and external events**; * Maintain and track opportunities in **CRM/spreadsheets**, and support **initial post\-sales activities**; * Availability to work on **Saturdays and Sundays** (occasional). **Requirements** * Prior experience in **consultative sales** (retail, telecom, automotive, motorcycles, technology, or services); * **Strong communication skills**, empathy, and genuine customer focus; * **Affinity with technology and electric mobility**; * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **omnichannel sales** (WhatsApp, Instagram, physical store); * Ability to organize the **sales funnel**, and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Experience with **sales targets and conversion metrics**; * **Driver's License Class A** is a plus (for electric vehicle demonstrations). **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: **R$ 1\.518,00** * **Attractive commissions**, per internal policy * **Transport allowance:** R$ 350,00 * **AIMA training and certifications** * A **collaborative, innovative, and sustainable** work environment **Selection Process Steps** * Application + resume screening * Personality assessment * Online interview (Zoom) * In-person group activity at All Motors **Diversity and Inclusion** At All Motors, we believe innovation stems from diversity. **Everyone is welcome**, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, age, or background.
